We create all of the parts by hand ourselves at our workshop, including the chassis, roof spars, doors, windows, frames and internal linings.

Features
Your shepherd’s hut can have all kinds of wonderful features. Aa an example you can choose stable or double doors, beautiful casement windows, and lots of exterior joinery. We even offer a choice of ironmongery, including door hinges, handles for doors and windows, traditional cast iron wheels, and a drawbar.
The huts can be the perfect combination of traditional styling and modern touches. For example the walls can be classic butt and bead style and you can have stopped chamfered curved roof beams. To this you can add things like double glazing so the hut has better energy efficiency than if the windows were single glazing. Each hut is also fully insulated.
You can add all kinds of options to your hut. For example you could have interior decor, different furnishings, and even a wood burner. We can create various other bespoke pieces of joinery for you to suit the hut.

Our traditional Shepherd Hut includes a Stable Door, Two double glazed windows, Internal double sockets and lights. Corrugated tin or larch feather edge board. Fully insulated. Wooden chassis with cast iron wheels. All timber used is FSC certified from sustainable stocks.
A Hobbit stove wood burner can also be installed.
